We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your order to request a return or up to 1 day before the start of the purchased event ticket.

If you ordered the wrong package or for the wrong date, the quickest way to exchange the ticket is to ask for a return and order the correct tickets directly.
